E-Juice Guarantee

Here at VistaVapors we are extremely proud of our juices, and we feel that you, too, will be very fond of the juices that you purchase! However, we understand that sometimes E-Juice is made incorrectly, and in that case, we will replace your juice immediately.

In other circumstances, your flavor of choice may not satisfy you the way you thought it might. If you're not completely satisfied with your E-Juice purchase and would like to send it back, please reach out to us at support@vistavapors.com; you pay shipping, and we will be happy to take care of the rest!

Hardware Returns

Warranties on hardware related products that we sell are for 14-Days following the day of arrival. The following list explains what products are eligible for return, and the period of time in which that item is eligible:

VistaVapors Warranty

Atomizers
(Cartomizers, Coils)

No returns unless unopened; The life of an atomizer is generally between 1 and 1.5 weeks. If your atomizer needs to be changed out because it has been overused; we will not replace atomizer. Atomizers can also experience issues if they are not properly primed before use. It is imperative that the directions for use are read and followed before using any device. 

Mods
(eGo-style batteries, regulated mods)

14-Days; for broken Mods (battery not working, mod not turning on) we will accept returns for 14 days. Following that, some may have a manufacturer's warranty.  Contact us for more information.

Tanks

14-Days; for tanks that are not working after the 14-day period, contact support@vistavapors.com for troubleshooting options, as we cannot replace items that are outside of that period of time. Tanks that are experiencing only minor leakage will not be eligible for return.  Please contact us as we can help troubleshoot the issue.  

Batteries

14-Days; Batteries must be kept in good condition to be eligible for return.

Store Credit

All returns will be handled by our Customer Service Department, and for those returns that are eligible, we will place a Store Credit into your account to be used at our website. For further inquiries regarding Store Credit, send an email to support@vistavapors.com.

Shipping

We ship anywhere in the US and offer limited International shipping options.

Free Shipping

To qualify for free shipping your order must be $50 or higher in product. Additionally, we currently only offer this to customers within the United States.

NOTE: There are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. If you question your country, please contact us.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.  Shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.

International Shipping

At VistaVapors, Inc. we ship packages worldwide. Keep in mind we are unaware of your local laws, once the package leaves our hands we are no longer liable and the customer assumes all shipping risks. All international mail is shipped via USPS. If you order any e-juice your customs form will be labeled as e-juice. We do offer a variety of International shipping methods to accommodate the purchaser.

First Class International Mail - International postage is based on the weight of your package. First class International mail is assigned a tracking number. Unfortunately once the package leaves the USA (typically in Minneapolis, California or New York) we will not have any other tracking information on this package. First class International mail can take up to 20 business days to reach its destination. Please understand that customs can delay this process.

Express International Mail - International postage is based on the weight Express International mail is assigned a tracking number and can be tracked until it is delivered to the customer. Your package will arrive to you in 3 – 10 business days. Please understand customs can delay this process.

New Boost Info
If you have not previously used "Boost", the option is there for you to add extra flavor to your bottle. For customers that previously used Boost levels between 10%-50%, the new "Boost" feature will allow you to enjoy your flavor similar to when you used a "Boost" in the past.
New Size Info
Our new bottle sizes reflect the change from offering 102ml bottles to now offering a 128ml multi-bottle pack made up of four 32ml bottles. In addition, our glass bottle sizes have been removed.
