I ordered one starter kit, then after a week of using it decided to order another. The second unit base wouldn't take a charge, so I contacted the company and they had me send it back...they in turn sent me a whole new kit, along with some free sample juices. Best customer service I have ever dealt with. By the way, very happy with this product as well, but just needed to comment on the great customer service, since it can be so hard to find at times!

Bought this for my husband to try out. Evan after switching to an Aspire glass tank it was still a great value overall, thanks to Vista's great prices.

This is my first ecig pen. After purchasing a gas station unit I decided to try something real. It's way better than convenience store items but probably not "professional grade". :) I think it's a great entrance item and we have a LOT of fun with it. Would recommend.

So now I have a Vista Single E-Cig Kit, which I hope my wife will use and take up vaping. I have already used it with the Green Apple Orchard eJuice. Love it! A great deal on a great product. The next time Vista Vapors was a special deal getting a bottle of eJuice for just the price of shipping, I will be sure to get a second one of these at the discounted price. Thanks Vista Vapors!

This is only my 2nd e-Cig device. I had started with the Vista Volt; abruptly discontinued.
It uses a more standard battery connector; which will make experimenting with other vaping devices and charging systems easier. That also should eliminate the risk of being caught out with incompatible/obsolete equipment.
The battery lasts much longer between charges than the Volt. I always had to have one battery on charge at all times; and sometimes had to swap out before the indicator showed a full charge. The battery charges in 2-3 hours with the included USB charger plugged into a USB -> Edison adapter; while I get about 4-5 hours of vaping from a full charge. I still must carry a 2nd fully charge batter if I'll be away from home all day.
Both use a Lithium-ion system; so I will have to see if "battery memory" issues develop over time.
The vapor production is considerably greater than with the Volt; but it can take longer to get up a full head of vape.
The Volt's wick and coil assembly had to be replaced in its entirety; when exhausted; and then only by purchasing an entire mouthpiece/tank/wick/coil assembly. I was able to extend the life of the wick/coil by soaking it for a few days in Stoli, blowing it out with canned air and then allowing it to dry for several more days. This was made possible by having several mouthpiece/tank/wick/coil assemblies to rotate among. I only had time for two complete rotations before the Volt was discontinued; so I don't know how long I could have played out that string. I'll be keeping the Volt for emergencies and such.
The draw on these wick/coils was inconsistent. The Vista Nova top; with its replaceable wicks; should prove more reliable and consistent in draw.
Filling the Nova tank, initially, seemed very difficult. Once I realized I could drip the juice onto the the tube that extends out of the tank (with the mouthpiece removed) to get a successful no-spill fill; things became much easier.
The unit is considerably heavier and bulkier than the Volt.
I'm still getting used to the necessity of holding down the button to get vapor. The Volt's "draw operated" system was more intuitive.
Between these two items it is more difficult to vape while driving; and the timing of push the button-draw-release button-finish draw is still a work in progress.
I sometimes get a "false" full charge indication; but recognizing that it defies the laws of physics to get a full charge in 45 minutes allows me to ignore those now.
Both products suffer from a lack of thorough documentation.
All in all, I'm well satisfied; and looking forward to more adventures in vaping

This is the best e CIG I have tried, I've been using it for about 2 weeks and have already cut my smoking in more than half.

Hats off to Vista Vapors!!!! I have been using e-cigs for about 2 years now and have tried multiple companies and products. Vista's products are by far the BEST that I have found,
with the best prices too! The battery life on the Vista single is AWESOME!!!!! I love not needing to charge my battery every couple of hours. With the Vista single ONE full charge lasts me all day or more, and I am a fairly heavy vapor.
Since I have found Vista Vapors, I believe that I will finally be able to quit regular cigarettes COMPLETELY. Thank you Vista Vapors for making such outstanding and affordable products.

Got one of these with the Top 5 sampler, and was so pleased with it I ordered another, sampler that is. Why not get 5 juices and a great tool all in one, for not much more in price. The 900mah battery is good enough to get me nearly 2 full days of vaping. It's my go-to when I'm lounging watching tv.
Only time I've had any trouble with it at all was when I put the clearo on a ego to 510 adapter and tried it on my iStick. The adapter caused the connector to bend to the side and let it leak. Once I caught it, I cleaned it out, squared the connector up and has not leaked since. Have a total of 3 heads, and all are spot on.

This is the first e-cig I've ever had. It works very well and is easy to use. I really like the transparent tank so I can see exactly how much liquid is left.
My boyfriend bought a $50 e-cig from a local store and I like mine much more.
